Online Registration

Registration is now open for the 2014 season.

Registration is online only.  Each player, youth and mens, must go online to register for the season. This process also covers the individual for insurance purposes. Because of this no player/coach/official can participate in games or practices without first filling out this form each season. Once the form is filled out you can print it and take payment to Gametime Sports prior to April 1.

How to register:

• Youth

1. Click on "2014 Player Registration" from the menu on the left.
2. Select 'Yes' or 'No' to the question "Are you a returning player?"
3. Enter all information for both the player and parent.
4. Enter the team code as shown below
   • Registration closed
5. Select the "Register for Ball Hockey" button.
6. Select the "I agree to the terms and conditions above" box.
7. Press "Continue"
8. Verify all the information is correct and press "Continue" again.
9. Once completed you will receive a confirmation email.  Print this, write down the name of any players you would like to play with if applicable and take payment to Game Time Sports.

• Men's (New player this year)

1. Click on "2014 Player Registration" from the menu on the left.
2. Ensure you select "No" for the first question "Are you a returning player?" as this is the first year.
3. Enter all player information.
4. If you are not on a team then you need to register as a draft player.  Enter the team code below if you would like to be entered into the draft:
   • Registration closed
5. If you are on a team you must enter your own team code.  Your team captain will give this to you.
6. Select the "Register for Ball Hockey" button.
7. Select the "I agree to the terms and conditions above" box.
8. Press "Continue"
9. Verify all the information is correct and press "Continue" again.
10. Once completed you will receive a confirmation email.  Print this, write down the name(s) of any player(s) you would like to play with if you are entering as a draft player and take payment to Game Time Sports.

• Men's (Returning player)
  1. You can automatically populate the entry form if you are a returning player.  Ensure you select "Yes" for "Are you a returning player?" in order to do this.  For security reasons you will need an access code.  This can be done by entering your First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth in the grey area of the registration page and click "retrieve your access code".  The access code will be sent to the email on file for this player.
  2. Once received enter your name and date of birth again as well as the access code and press submit access code.  Your information should now be in the form.
  3. Verify all the information is correct and make any changes necessary.
  4. Enter the team code provided by your captain.  If you do not have a team and want to enter the draft use this team code:
     • Registration closed
  5. Select the "Register for Ball Hockey" button.
  6. Select the "I agree to the terms and conditions above" box.
  7. Press "Continue"
  8. Verify all the information is correct and press "Continue" again.
  9. Once completed you will receive a confirmation email.  Print this, write down the name(s) of any player(s) you would like to play with if you are entering as a draft player and take payment to Game Time Sports.
